Box-Filling System for Environment-Sensitive Products
This
weigh scale box-filling unit was designed to meet standards
for a semi-clean area. To protect from airborne contaminants,
the box-filling unit is covered by an aluminum frame,
wire reinforced, Lexan enclosure. The bottom of the
enclosure is constructed of stainless steel sheet metal.
Flexible, poly-vinyl curtains at both ends allows containers
to enter and exit easily. An exhaust fan inside of the
enclosure, evacuates dust or other airborne particles
that may find their way into the system. Both sides
of the enclosure are fitted with gas assisted, hinged
covers to allow extra easy access for quality control
and maintenance.
