Available
in a wide range of widths and lengths, the LT Horizontal
to Incline conveyor is an excellent way to convey parts
from under the molding machine. A smooth cleated belt
assures positive parts transfer - a 3 sided infeed hopper
assures part containment. Easy adjusting legs, easy angle
adjustments and self-tensioning belt, allow set-ups to
be done quickly by one person - without tools!
Lengths:

The
LSE (Lightweight, Simple, & Economical) Conveyor
is the perfect under press choice for injection molding
machines under 300 tons clamping force.
Because machines of this size often have limited space
under the platens, the LSE was designed with a pedestal
style support stand that can be positioned outside of
the machine frame. A concealed motor and drive shaft
on the discharge end help to further streamline the
conveyor. Because small parts can often cause problems
on belt conveyors, the LSE was designed with extra skirting
along the rails to prevent parts from lodged between
the belt and the side rails. An infeed hopper to contain
parts as they fall is included. Easy adjusting legs
and angles allow set-ups to be done quickly by one person
- without tools!
