The Z series, Nose Over conveyor is a perfect choice for feeding parts into large containers, grinders, trunklines, etc. - or for any application that requires a 3 plane conveyor.
The upper angle is fixed at 45º, the lower angle can be adjusted between 25º and 45º. Easy angle adjuster and self tensioning belt makes adjustments easy. Telescoping legs with screw knob fasteners and positioning pins allow height to be adjusted easily without tools. Swivel castors provide extra versatility.

Primarily designed for moving parts received from a pick and place robot down to a box loading station or secondary application station, the LR series conveyor’s versatility allows it to be configured many other ways as well.

The transition section can be adjusted at any angle between 0° and 45° - a non-slip, textured belt prevents parts from sliding. Easy to adjust, pedestal style leg set fits in tight spaces. Standard belt speed is 20 fpm. An optional indexing system with an adjustable timer can be added to preset the duration of motion depending on the application.
