-
Single-point roller adjustment allows the gaps between all
10 rollers to be spaced and set by a single control
screw.
-
Automatically
separates a wide range of parts / runner styles and
sizes
-
Variable
speed drive allows the speed to be adjusted to fine
tune and optimize the product flow and separation
-
A
special metering section at the beginning of the drum
ensures that all parts and runners flow through the
process without interference
-
Height and angle adjustments are easy and can be done by one person - without tools

ATS

ATS 1000
12"
longer than the ATS, the ATS 1000 is perfect for high
volume or hard to separate applications.

|
| STN and STNP
Exceptionally accurate. Perfect for difficult separation problems |
| Rollers on the STN Model separators are each independently
adjusted. The
5 individually adjusted separation points and gaps allow
STN Model Separators to achieve up to 100% part/runner
separation in even difficult to separate applications.
STN
separators incorporate most of the features of the ATS
line. They are an excellent choice for high-volume separation
of parts and runners. |

The
STN-LK drum separator sorts dissimilar-sized parts
a different way. The drum has holes throughout its
length that are sized to allow smaller parts through
the holes - everything else passes down to the end
of the process. Perforated holes can be sized to meet
specific application needs.
For hard to separate sprues, our
specialized perforated drum was developed to separate
runners that slip through the perforations by pivoting.
The addition of extensions on each hole, prevents the
runners from pivoting. Runners pass over the holes and
exit at the end of the drum. Parts are still able to fall
through the holes.
