of Conveyor Separators
Crizaf
End of Conveyor Separators are simple, cost effective
and provide excellent part / runner separation. They are
specifically designed to mount easily onto all Crizaf
conveyors.

This
simple, one roller, part / runner separator mounts easily
to any Crizaf conveyor. Smaller components fall vertically
between the belt and the roller - longer or larger components
are driven over the roller into a separate container.
An adjustable gap allows it to be adjusted to meet different
part / runner sizes.
Minimum
opening 1/2" (based on 1/2" cleat height),
max. 31/8". |

Two
rollers allow three way separation of sprues and parts.
Two adjustable gaps allow it to be adjusted to meet
a variety of part / runner sizes and shapes. Easy to
mount on the end of any Crizaf conveyor.
Minimum
opening 1/2" (based on 1/2" cleat height),
max. distance between the rollers 1 1/2".

This
spiral separator is a perfect choice for many complicated
separation problems. Typically, parts slide under the
spiral - runners are picked up and discharged to the
side.
The
opening between rollers and tray is adjustable from
0 to 31/8". |

S/1 Star |
 |
The
Star Separator was designed to separate applications with
large runner systems. The sprockets can be spaced at intervals
to allow the parts to fall between them while the runner
is picked up by the sprockets and carried over to the
discharge area. The S/1-Star can be used in a single or
double roll configuration. |
| Paddlewheel
Separator |
 |
The
Paddlewheel is an excellent choice for applications
with small parts and large H style, sprue/runner cofigurations.
Parts pass under the paddlewheel and exit off of the
end of the conveyor. Sprues and runners are kicked off
of the side of the conveyor by the paddlewheel.
The
paddlewheel is operated by it's own clutch and drive
mechanism. The distance from the belt can be adjusted
to accomodate varying part and runner sizes. |
