Crizaf
Stand Alone S series roller separators are the perfect choice
for separating small components. Three different models
provide exceptional accuracy no matter how difficult your
separation application. Gap height, leg height and angle
adjustments are easy and require no tools. Sturdy, welded
steel bases provide plenty of stability, and easy rolling
castors, allow them to be moved easily as application needs
change.

An
excellent choice for small parts separation, the S 5 separator
can separate sprues and runners with a difference in size
as small as 0.08". One simple adjustment allows the
two outside rollers to be moved to separate parts up to
2.0” in diameter. 5 separate rollers allow up to
3 way separation. Provides exceptionally accurate separation
for a wide range of low volume applications. |

Perfect
for low volume, small parts molds, the S 5-2 model separator
provides exceptional accuracy and a high degree of separation.
Larger diameter 5" rollers, provide a higher degree
of accuracy for a variety of difficult to separate applications,
and can be customized for special applications. One separation

The
S 5-1000 is designed to separate multi-cavity and family
tools with one sprue and different size parts. An extended
39" separation area and two separation channels
make it the perfect choice for higher volume applications,
or for stubborn, hard to separate applications.
Rollers
are made of aluminum. One simple adjustment allows the
two outside rollers to be moved to separate parts up
to 2.0” in diameter. The S 5-1000 can separates
sprues and runners with a difference in size as small
